Group Coaching

What is group coaching?
In group coaching women form a cohesive group where each individual receives focused coaching time as well as group process in a safe, open space away from the distractions of daily life. There is a minimum commitment of three months in order to establish the group and see the results of the coaching. As you work through specific challenges and discover your own answers you also connect with other moms in similar situations. Moms stay connected between sessions via email, phone, and dates to provide friendship and accountability for one another. The result is a support network that goes beyond the actual meetings.

Individuals can opt to add one-on-one sessions to supplement group coaching.

How is Group Coaching Offered?
Group coaching is offered in-person (Group Coaching) and via the telephone (Tele-Group). Both meet two times per month at various times to meet the schedules of those involved. Currently group coaching is offered along the front range of Colorado and meets for 1.5 hours per session. Groups typically consist of 4-6 women. Tele-groups are available for those outside the Front Range or for those who prefer to maximize their time without the travel. Tele-groups are typically made up of 3 people.

Entrepreneurial Moms Group
The Entrepreneurial Moms Group is a committed group of entrepreneurial moms who meet twice a month to support one another through both personal challenges and business endeavors. The group is facilitated by a professional life and business coach. Participants in this group benefit from business guidance and resources, alliances and partnerships, networking and referrals, focus groups and brainstorming, and personal growth and social connections.

Topics will be customized to the needs of the group and will range from a very personal focus to business structures and how tos.

Is Childcare Available?
Those who need childcare are encouraged to arrange for shared care or private care at a separate location from the group coaching. I will help facilitate this process by connecting moms and care providers when possible.

Current Coaching Groups

The following coaching groups are currently accepting new members. Please call for more information and to register as there is limited space in each.

Thursdays, 1:00-2:30 – Entrepreneurial Moms
1^st and 3^rd Thursday of each month

This group will meet in a member’s home in North Boulder
Childcare will not be available

This group will meet at the Parenting Place in Boulder
Childcare will be available at an additional cost

Pricing

In the effort to make coaching affordable to moms, all Motherhood Transitions coaching fees have been reduced by more than 25% as compared to fees applied to general clients and even more so as compared to corporate fees.
